Duties & Responsibilities:

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Digital Banking Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital banking and will be responsible for enhancing customer service, re-engineering business processes, and providing operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Experience Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and experience in digital banking.

Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze and re-engineer business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support for business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience within digital banking platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital banking and incorporate best practices into the organization.

Project Management: Manage and coordinate digital banking projects from initiation to completion.

Compliance: Ensure all digital banking activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on digital banking processes and systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in banking, preferably in digital banking.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital banking platforms and tools.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
