Salary: 41,000 - 45,000 AED Per Month + Flights & Medical

As a Design Manager, you will leverage your extensive UAE construction experience in Data & Technology projects for Tier 1 main contractors. Your role will encompass overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, from bid submission to project completion, specifically focusing on new build data center projects. You will be expected to interface with clients when necessary and manage all internal and external design stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.

Manage all technical and design staff on-site, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Provide valuable input during bids and tenders, leveraging your sector knowledge and experience.

Utilize BIM knowledge and experience to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate closely with the Project Director on-site and report to the Regional Design Lead in the Head Office.

Handle design compliance issues and coordinate with subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Site-based role in Abu Dhabi, conveniently located near Yas Island.

Proven experience in delivering data center projects in the UAE, demonstrating leadership in the design process.

Strong background in Design & Build projects within the construction industry.

Excellent management and communication skills, capable of working under pressure and within a team environment.

Degree educated in a relevant field.

Available to commence employment by early September at the latest.

Salary and Benefits:

AED 41,000 to 45,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
