About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team in Dubai's Business Bay area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential projects, particularly luxury villas and mansions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete design process for luxury residential projects from concept to completion

Manage and coordinate with internal design teams, external consultants, and contractors

Ensure design quality meets luxury market standards and client expectations

Review and approve design submissions, shop drawings, and material selections

Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve design-related issues

Monitor project timelines and ensure design deliverables meet scheduled milestones

Implement and maintain design quality control procedures

Prepare and review design documentation and technical specifications

Lead design review meetings with clients and project teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

Minimum 8+ years of experience in luxury residential design

Proven experience managing high-end villa and mansion projects

Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects

Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in relevant design and project management software

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

Current UAE residence

Immediate or short notice availability

Previous experience in the UAE luxury real estate market

Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)

Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential projects
