Position: Design Director - Architecture

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined design team, ensuring high-quality design outcomes that meet client expectations.

Develop innovative and creative architectural designs that respond effectively to client briefs and project requirements.

Present design concepts, progress updates, and project milestones to clients, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.

Provide expert design and technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.

Oversee commercial and financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management.

Mentor and train staff, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

A minimum of 20 years of experience in design and management of international architectural projects.

Extensive experience working on projects within the UAE, with a deep understanding of local regulations and market conditions.

Proven ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively.

Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary:

AED 65,000 to 75,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
