As a Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in the concept design team, facilitating high-quality design and coordinating architectural and engineering services across various projects. Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

Prepare architectural drawings utilizing Rhino Software.

Perform basic architectural calculations and provide innovative design solutions to resolve complex issues.

Coordinate and collaborate with the architectural and engineering teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Project Support:

Assist in preparing specifications, reports, and related data tables.

Provide project data, including area schedules, building heights, and number of stories, as requested by the Project Architect or Project Manager.

Assist the Project Architect in preparing reports and documentation for progress meetings.

Client Engagement:

Participate in client meetings and assist in the preparation of presentation materials.

Compile and analyze data to support design decisions and client requirements.

Contribute to the preparation of physical/visual survey documentation.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Rhino, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign is highly desirable.

Strong ability to perform architectural calculations and provide creative solutions to design challenges.
