Job Description

Candidzone Technologies WLL is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join our client's medical team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide top-tier dermatological care and contribute to a growing healthcare practice in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess skin conditions and diagnose dermatological issues. Review patient histories, perform examinations, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.

Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual dermatological needs. Prescribe medications, perform procedures, and recommend lifestyle changes to improve skin health.

Cosmetic Dermatology: Provide specialized cosmetic dermatology services, including but not limited to chemical peels, laser treatments, Botox, and fillers. Advise patients on aesthetic treatments and manage post-procedure care.

Skin Surgery: Perform minor surgical procedures on the skin, such as mole removals, cyst excisions, and biopsies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Patient Education: Educate patients on the prevention and management of skin diseases, sun safety, skincare routines, and the importance of regular skin checks.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care, in compliance with medical regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, plastic surgeons, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and cosmetology by attending workshops, conferences, and continuing education courses.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all practices and procedures adhere to the Department of Health (DOH) regulations and maintain a high standard of patient care.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of clinical experience in dermatology, with a proven track record in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions.

Certification: Must hold a valid Board of Certification in Dermatology. A DOH (Department of Health) license is mandatory.

Skills: Expertise in both general and cosmetic dermatology. Proficiency in performing various dermatological procedures, including laser treatments, cosmetic injections, and minor skin surgeries.

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse patient base.

Additional Qualifications: Specialization in cosmetology and cosmetic dermatology is highly desirable.

Legal Requirements: Candidates must possess a valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) to be eligible for this role.
