Buraq Express, a leading delivery company in Dubai, is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Riders to join our growing team. As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels, documents, and other items to our valued customers across Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver parcels, packages, and other items to customers within assigned routes.

Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure all deliveries are made within the specified time frame.

Collect payments or obtain customer signatures when required.

Ensure all parcels are handled carefully and delivered in perfect condition.

Maintain delivery logs and report any delivery issues or delays.

Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while on the road.

Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and efficient.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid UAE motorcycle license.

Minimum 1-2 years of delivery experience in Dubai or the UAE.

Familiarity with the streets and areas of Dubai is a plus.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Must own or be willing to use a smartphone for delivery tracking and updates.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

A positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are essential.

Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, such as loading and unloading items.
