Job Description / Role:

Michael Page is seeking a Service Planning & Delivery Manager based in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role involves overseeing the evaluation, planning, and delivery of services to a significant group of entities. The role is essential in shaping the future of government services in Abu Dhabi, particularly within a large, transformative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of the section's strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans.

Service Request Assessment: Evaluate incoming service requests from government entities to ensure feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.

Service Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of service delivery engagements, ensuring they meet established timelines and objectives.

Organizational Design: Support entity structure redesigns and policy alignment through consultations.

Workforce Management: Develop and manage the section's workforce, ensuring performance and professional growth.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Certifications: Professional certifications in program management, organizational design, or related areas.

Experience: Extensive experience in service planning and delivery within complex organizational settings, such as a large holding group or shared services function.

Skills: Experience in developing and implementing classification systems or taxonomies, proficiency in Arabic (highly advantageous), excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of work experience.
