Position Overview: The Data Entry/Junior Accountant (Tagalog Speaker) will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and handling day-to-day accounting tasks. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are enthusiastic about numbers, financial processes, and contributing to a growing organization in Abu Dhabi.

Core Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for data entry of financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting accounts payable and receivable processes. Attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial information is essential to ensure smooth operations within the finance department.

Financial Record Management: The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining financial documentation, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded, categorized, and up-to-date. This includes supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures, and preparing summaries for management review.

Collaboration and Reporting: The selected candidate will work closely with senior accountants and the finance team to support reporting requirements. They will assist in generating reports, tracking expenditures, and providing insights into financial data that can help improve operational efficiency.

Compliance and Accuracy: This role requires adherence to company policies, internal controls, and UAE financial regulations. The Junior Accountant will ensure all financial records comply with standards and are prepared accurately to facilitate audits and management reviews.
