Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor with banking sector experience for our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data processing, verification of application files, and providing support to sales executives through system information management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Verify and process application files with high accuracy and attention to detail

Assist sales executives by retrieving and providing information from banking systems

Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports

Generate comprehensive reports as per management requirements

Ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity in all systems

Support the sales team with timely information and documentation

Handle confidential banking information with strict adherence to security protocols

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of banking experience

Strong proficiency in data entry and verification

Experience with banking software and systems

Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Knowledge of banking documentation and processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Essential Skills

Fast and accurate typing abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong multitasking abilities

Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards

Additional Requirements

Must be currently located in UAE

Must be available to join immediately

Previous banking sector experience is mandatory
