Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our accounts department. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

Input financial and accounting data into company systems with high accuracy

Verify and validate data entries for completeness and correctness

Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Support the accounts department with administrative tasks

Update and maintain databases

Generate regular reports as required

Handle confidential information with discretion

Perform basic calculations and data verification

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic accounting knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Strong computer skills

Previous data entry experience preferred

Good understanding of office procedures

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills

Good communication skills in English

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Technical Requirements

Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience with data entry software

UAE residence preferred
