Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our events and exhibition team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating insightful dashboards, maintaining risk registers, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development and Reporting

Create and maintain weekly dashboards for projects and operations

Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights

Develop structured reports for management review

Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

Risk Management

Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers

Identify and document potential risks across projects

Monitor risk factors and escalate critical issues to management

Propose risk mitigation strategies

Data Analysis and Project Support

Collect and analyze data from Project Managers

Verify alignment with contracts, briefs, milestones, and budgets

Prepare detailed analytical reports for management

Support data-driven decision-making processes

Data Visualization

Create dynamic visualizations using Excel and Power BI

Design intuitive and informative dashboards

Present complex data in easily digestible formats

Maintain and update visualization tools and templates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

Business Administration

Data Analytics

Project Management

Engineering

Related disciplines

2-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting

Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Data Analysis or Project Management

Experience in the UAE/GCC region

Knowledge of events and exhibition industry
