Role Overview – Insight Core Analytics is hiring a Data Analyst for a full-time, remote position serving USA-based operations. This position is ideal for analytical professionals with strong data analysis expertise, business intelligence knowledge, and the ability to analyze data effectively, generate insights, support decision-making, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic analytics and business intelligence organization.

Data Analysis and Interpretation – You will analyze complex datasets by examining patterns, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions from data. You will interpret data thoroughly, support business understanding, and communicate findings clearly. You will provide analytical insights supporting organizational decision-making and strategy development.

SQL Query Development and Optimization – You will develop SQL queries to extract data from databases, analyze information, and support reporting requirements. You will write efficient queries, optimize performance, and maintain organized query libraries. You should demonstrate advanced SQL expertise and query optimization skills.

Data Visualization and Reporting – You will create data visualizations and reports by developing dashboards, charts, and visual representations of data. You will present data in clear, compelling formats supporting business understanding. You will support self-service analytics and business intelligence requirements.

Business Intelligence Tool Utilization – You will utilize business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to analyze data, create reports, and support dashboards. You will leverage tools effectively, develop proficiency, and support business intelligence capabilities. You should stay current with tool updates and best practices.

Statistical Analysis and Hypothesis Testing – You will conduct statistical analysis by applying statistical methods, performing hypothesis testing, and analyzing data relationships. You will use statistical techniques appropriately, interpret results, and support evidence-based decision-making.
