About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Data Analyst – Design to join our Design & Engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

As the Data Analyst – Design, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to support design and engineering projects. Your primary duties will include collecting and organizing design-related data, performing statistical analysis, and generating actionable insights. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize design processes and improve project outcomes. Additionally, you will create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Design, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the real estate or design sector, is required. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R is essential. Experience with design software like AutoCAD or Revit will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise insights.
