Position Overview: The Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights through effective visualization, reporting, and data storytelling. The position requires expertise in analytics tools and a deep understanding of data management processes.

Core Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets using Tableau, Excel, SQL, and Python to generate business insights that guide decision-making across departments.

Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards in Tableau, ensuring they are intuitive, automated, and aligned with business goals.

Data Management: Handle data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Technical Expertise: Use Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to perform analysis, automate reports, and optimize workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business teams to understand KPIs, create reports, and identify performance trends for continuous improvement.
