Role Overview: Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join its growing technology and financial analytics team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the organization’s banking and financial services operations.

Core Responsibilities: The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing, validating, and optimizing data pipelines across multiple systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute ETL processes, build dashboards using Power BI, and ensure that all data collected is accurate, complete, and aligned with operational and compliance objectives.

Technical Expertise: This position demands a strong command of SQL, SSIS, Python, and ETL tools to facilitate smooth data integration and transformation. You will design and validate data workflows, create automated reporting solutions, and maintain robust data management structures that enhance the quality and accessibility of business insights.

Data Governance and Quality: The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining data integrity through profiling, lineage tracking, and completeness assessments. As a Data Analyst, you will develop and implement best practices for data validation and auditing, ensuring that every dataset meets industry standards and supports regulatory reporting accuracy.

Domain Knowledge: A background in the banking or fintech sector is highly desirable. The candidate should understand customer onboarding workflows, domestic and cross-border payment systems (SWIFT tags), and sanctions screening protocols. Familiarity with fine-tuning systems like Fircosoft, Safewatch, Omni, or Siron will be a key advantage for ensuring compliance with financial transaction monitoring.

Analytical and Strategic Insight: You will be expected to analyze data trends and translate them into actionable insights for management. Your findings will directly support operational efficiency, risk assessment, and strategic planning initiatives that shape the company’s overall financial technology capabilities.
