Duties & Responsibilities:

Designation: Cybersecurity Architect

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite opportunity)

Demonstrate a broad understanding of cyber product ecosystems and their integration within IT environments to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of security solutions.

Participate in vendor selection processes by evaluating the suitability of different security products, assessing strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility of various solutions to make informed decisions.

Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the cybersecurity landscape, adapting security architectures and strategies to incorporate new developments and address emerging threats effectively.

Possess an in-depth understanding of local regulations and industry standards governing data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.

Proficient in compliance management, with the ability to develop, implement, and oversee technical compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated experience in preparing for and supporting regulatory audits, compliance reviews, and assessments, ensuring organizational readiness and compliance.

Exhibit strong documentation skills, adept at maintaining compliance records, evidence of controls, and audit trails, facilitating transparency and accountability in compliance efforts.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information security.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cybersecurity solution designing.

Experience managing large-scale projects.

Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO27001, NESA, NIST, PCI-DSSS, etc.).

Knowledge of network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISA are advantageous.

Experience in AI and cybersecurity is key.
