Import/Export Operations: Candidates must have knowledge and hands-on experience in import and export operations, including understanding customs regulations, shipment documentation, and clearance processes.

Liaison with Authorities: The assistant will coordinate with airlines, shipping agents, and relevant government authorities when required, ensuring smooth shipment clearance and compliance with regulations.

Document and Goods Verification: Responsibilities include verifying shipment documents, checking goods against documentation, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and processing for all imports and exports.

Communication and Coordination: Strong communication skills are essential to coordinate effectively with team members, clients, suppliers, and government authorities while ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
