Customer Support Representative - Remote

Job Description

HelpDesk AU is looking for three friendly and professional Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team in Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for mid level customer support professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are ready to make a real difference in the customer experience of a growing and dynamic organization.

In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, and providing outstanding support via chat and email. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to finding the best possible solution. Your ability to communicate clearly, think on your feet, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably within a remote work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a patient and solution focused approach, and the ability to manage customer concerns with confidence and care are essential qualities we are looking for. Familiarity with customer support tools, chat platforms, and email management systems will be considered a strong advantage.

Salary:
AUD 55,000 to 70,000 per year
