Customer Services Agent

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused UAE National to join our dynamic customer service team as a Customer Services Agent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in call center or customer service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support

Manage customer communications through phone and potentially other communication channels

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively

Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records

Demonstrate professional and courteous communication at all times

Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

UAE Nationality (Only UAE Nationals will be considered)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in basic computer skills and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field

Previous experience in service-oriented industries

Familiarity with customer service software and tools
