Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. The role involves providing administrative support and processing critical customer requests within the New Business and Servicing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Process corporate and trust cases

Conduct World-Checks and high premium assessments

Handle policy issuance, surrenders, refunds, and reinstatements

Perform quality checks on new business and servicing processes

Execute Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks as per regulatory requirements

Manage complex customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and company data

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in administrative and documentation processes
