Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.

Meet or exceed set performance goals and metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the customer service team.
