Job Description

Role Overview – Wadan is looking for Customer Service Representatives and Telesales professionals with immediate availability to join our real estate team in Downtown Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in real estate telesales, administration, or customer service who can handle leads, follow-ups, and client coordination while earning a salary plus attractive commission structure on closed leads.

Lead Generation and Qualification – You will generate and qualify leads for real estate properties through outbound calling, responding to inquiries, identifying potential buyers or renters, assessing their requirements, and building a pipeline of prospects interested in Wadan's real estate offerings.

Client Follow-Up and Coordination – You will handle follow-ups with leads and clients, maintaining consistent communication, nurturing prospects through the sales journey, coordinating property viewings, answering questions, addressing concerns, and moving clients toward purchase or rental decisions.

Telesales and Conversion – You will conduct telesales activities by presenting properties persuasively over the phone, highlighting features and benefits, overcoming objections, creating urgency, and converting leads into closed deals that generate commission income for you.

Customer Service Excellence – You will provide excellent customer service by being responsive, helpful, professional, and ensuring positive experiences for clients throughout their property search and transaction process. Quality service builds trust and increases conversion rates.

CRM and Lead Management – You will manage leads in CRM systems, tracking interactions, updating lead status, documenting conversations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring no opportunities are lost due to poor follow-up or disorganization.

Client Coordination and Support – You will coordinate between clients, sales agents, property managers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions, schedule viewings, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

Market Knowledge Development – You will develop knowledge of Wadan's property portfolio, Dubai real estate market, pricing, locations, amenities, and market trends. This knowledge enables you to answer client questions credibly and position properties effectively.

Performance-Based Earning – You will earn based on performance through an attractive commission structure on closed leads in addition to your base salary. Your income potential grows directly with your sales success.

Preferred Experience – Preferred experience includes real estate telesales, administration, or customer service. Experience in real estate environments helps you understand property terminology, client expectations, and sales processes specific to the real estate industry.

Lead and Follow-Up Experience – Experience handling leads, follow-ups, and client coordination is valuable. Understanding how to manage sales pipelines, nurture prospects, and maintain consistent communication supports conversion success.

Arabic and English Fluency – Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. Bilingual capability enables you to serve Dubai's diverse client base, communicate with Arabic and English-speaking prospects, and maximize your reach in the market.

Communication Skills – Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for engaging clients over the phone, presenting properties persuasively, addressing objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals effectively.

Customer Focus – Customer-focused approach combined with sales-driven mindset is important. You should balance providing excellent service with achieving sales objectives, ensuring clients feel valued while also converting opportunities into revenue.

Sales-Driven Approach – A sales-driven approach with motivation to achieve targets, earn commissions, and maximize income through performance is crucial for success in this telesales and customer service role.

Immediate Availability – Immediate availability is preferred. Candidates who can join quickly will be prioritized as the real estate team is growing and needs professionals to start handling leads without delay.
