Job Description
Customer Interaction and Support – The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely, professional assistance. You will ensure that all interactions reflect the company’s high standard of customer care.
Order and Shipment Assistance – You will handle order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination, ensuring that clients are informed about the status of their transactions and receive accurate information regarding logistics and services.
Communication and Problem Resolution – The role requires responding to client queries via phone, email, or chat, analyzing issues, and providing effective solutions. You will maintain professionalism while managing challenging situations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping and Documentation – You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback. Accurate documentation will help improve service processes, monitor trends, and support management decision-making.
Collaboration with Internal Teams – You will work closely with logistics, operations, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are addressed promptly, fostering smooth internal coordination for service excellence.
Reporting and Feedback Analysis – You will contribute to regular reports on customer satisfaction, service metrics, and recurring issues. Your observations will support process improvement initiatives and enhance the overall client experience.
