The role also requires multi-tasking across various systems, documenting interactions, and maintaining accuracy while adhering to established performance metrics.
Customer Interaction: This position emphasizes active listening and clear communication. You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, explain services, and resolve issues with professionalism. Effective problem-solving and empathy are critical to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term trust. Additionally, you will play a vital role in reducing churn by offering timely solutions that address customer pain points.
Technical Support:
As part of the telecom industry, you will assist customers with technical queries such as connectivity issues, billing discrepancies, or troubleshooting device setups. The role demands confidence in navigating systems, analyzing information, and providing guidance to ensure quick resolution. Documentation & Reporting:
All interactions must be accurately recorded in the CRM system. This includes inquiries, feedback, complaints, and solutions provided. Detailed documentation ensures a smooth customer journey, reduces errors, and supports management in decision-making. Your reports will also contribute to improving service delivery and identifying areas that require process enhancements.
Performance Expectations:
You will be evaluated on call handling time, first-call resolution rates, quality of communication, and customer satisfaction scores. Consistency in meeting or exceeding these KPIs will ensure your growth within the organization.
