Customer Service Role Overview: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing patient and client interactions with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English, ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from patients, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. The role will involve working closely with both patients and internal hospital departments to ensure a seamless flow of communication.
Multilingual Communication: As the hospital serves a diverse population, being fluent in Arabic and English is essential. The representative must be able to switch languages fluidly, ensuring that no communication barriers exist and that every patient receives clear and empathetic support.
