Role Purpose
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and developers, handling inquiries, documentation, and administrative tasks. You will support our real estate operations by ensuring all developer agreements, sales forms, and ownership documentation are properly managed, verified, and processed in compliance with company standards and UAE real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include communicating with clients and developers, assisting in the preparation and review of property-related documents, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also liaise with internal departments to coordinate transactions, ensure timely submissions, and track the progress of contracts and agreements.
Documentation and Compliance
A critical aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with legal and procedural guidelines. You will work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure that all documentation, including developer NOCs, sales and purchase agreements, and title deeds, are complete and processed efficiently. Ensuring compliance with Dubai Land Department requirements will be a key part of your duties.
Client Relations and Support
Providing outstanding customer service is central to this position. You will be expected to handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with patience and professionalism. Your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders will be essential in maintaining the reputation and smooth operation of our business.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the real estate sector, particularly in handling developer-related documents and client interactions. You should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is also required.
Work Environment and Location
This role is based in City Tower 2, near Emirates Towers Metro Station, providing convenient access to public transportation and a vibrant professional setting. You will be part of a collaborative team that values precision, service excellence, and a proactive attitude. Immediate joiners are highly preferred to support ongoing operations without delay.
