Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Backoffice FZ LLC seeks fluent Arabic/English speakers to join our customer service team in Dubai. This full-time position offers structured work in a professional call center environment serving diverse client needs.

Customer Interaction Management

You will handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, providing solutions to customer inquiries with patience and cultural sensitivity. Your bilingual skills will bridge communication gaps between Arabic and English-speaking clients.

Service Standards Implementation

The role requires adhering to strict quality guidelines for call handling, including proper greeting protocols, accurate information delivery, and professional conflict resolution techniques. Your performance will be measured on service metrics.

Shift Flexibility

Working 6 days weekly, you'll adapt to rotating schedules covering extended business hours. Your reliability during early, late, or weekend shifts will ensure consistent service coverage.

Systems & Process Adherence

You'll master our CRM platforms to log interactions, update records, and escalate complex cases. Your technical aptitude will maintain efficient call flows and data accuracy.

Performance Expectations

Meeting daily call volume targets while maintaining high satisfaction scores is essential. Your ability to balance speed and quality will be key to success in this metrics-driven role.

Candidate Requirements

We require:

  • 1+ years call center experience
  • Native Arabic & professional English fluency
  • UAE residency/availability
  • Shift work adaptability
