Position Overview
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and English to handle customer communications and provide exceptional support to our international clientele. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai and have experience in managing customer relationships through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat)
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our system
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their inquiries
Process customer requests and transactions according to established procedures
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Meet performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Italian
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Currently based in Dubai
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in back-office customer service
Experience in a multinational work environment
Knowledge of CRM systems
Background in handling multiple communication channels
Understanding of customer service metrics and KPIs
