Job Overview:

IBT, the leading BPO company in the Middle East, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is critical to delivering exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels.

Position Details:

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Pattern: 24/7 operations (shift work required)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions across multiple channels including phone calls, live chat, and email

Provide professional, efficient, and empathetic customer support

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with precision and care

Actively follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution

Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records

Consistently meet performance and quality standards

Demonstrate flexibility in working assigned shifts

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Willingness to work flexible shifts

Immediate availability to start

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in BPO or customer service sector

Strong computer and typing skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Customer-centric approach
