Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to handle patient and client inquiries, manage service requests, and ensure high-quality customer support in our Fujairah facility.

Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year of UAE customer service experience

Must be available for immediate joining

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Fujairah

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

Process service requests and coordinate with relevant departments

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Provide information about services and procedures

Handle customer feedback and concerns effectively

Coordinate with dispatch and medical teams when necessary

Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Support administrative tasks as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven customer service experience in UAE

Excellent communication skills in English

Basic computer proficiency

Strong understanding of UAE healthcare system (preferred)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Good organizational skills
