About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels

Provide prompt and accurate information to customers in Arabic and English

Document and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems

Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Identify and escalate priority issues as needed

Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience

Follow established procedures and guidelines for customer interactions

Contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience

Experience in government or public sector services

Knowledge of UAE government procedures and systems

Multilingual abilities (English proficiency is a plus)
