Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently

Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest payments

Maintain accurate guest records and documentation

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Support the front desk team during peak hours

Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions professionally

Assist with special requests and arrangements for guests

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service within the hospitality industry, specifically hotels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in hotel management software systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask effectively

Team player mentality

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with property management systems

Knowledge of multiple languages

Experience in luxury hotel properties
