About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our travel and tourism agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and skilled in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive assistance regarding travel packages, bookings, and tourism services through multiple communication channels

Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up

Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation arrangements

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry regulations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in travel and tourism sector

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using travel booking systems and MS Office applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Desired Skills

Previous experience in the UAE tourism industry

Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)

Understanding of travel documentation and visa requirements

Experience with CRM software
