Job Description

MB Services is seeking full-time, Dubai-based Bengali-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are proficient in both Bengali and English. Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.

In this job, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You should also be able to work in rotational shifts.

Location: Dubai Outsource City (On-site)
