Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Professionals to join our e-commerce gifting company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers select and deliver perfect gifts.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through multiple communication channels

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status

Process order modifications and address customer concerns

Provide product information and gift recommendations

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Support special seasonal campaigns and peak gifting periods

Required Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the gifting industry

Preferred Skills

Previous customer service experience

Experience in e-commerce or retail

Knowledge of Arabic (added advantage)

Familiarity with CRM systems
