UPPERCASE Group, a dynamic and internationally recognized company specializing in legal business start-ups across the globe, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their accounting outsourcing department in Dubai, UAE. With a growing presence in multiple countries and a diverse international team, UPPERCASE Group is looking for a motivated individual to manage client relationships and ensure the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Provide expert consultation to clients on accounting and tax support services.

Prepare and present commercial offers tailored to client needs.

Contract Management:

Fill out and conclude client contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Monitor and control the receipt of payments, ensuring timely processing.

Service Coordination:

Interact with internal teams to monitor the timeliness and quality of service execution.

Manage clients using Bitrix24 and AMO-CRM systems to track and optimize service delivery.

Sales and Customer Retention:

Identify opportunities for additional sales to existing customers.

Implement strategies to retain customers, including follow-up and support throughout the cooperation period.

Requirements:

Education:

Higher education in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Finance, or Economics is required.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Russian (for Russian-speaking clients) and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Experience:

Previous experience as an Accountant or in customer service roles such as Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, Relationship Manager, or Sales Manager.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Salary:

AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Additional Benefits:

Work visa and medical insurance.

Employment under the UAE Labor Code.

Office work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, at JLT, Dubai.
