Three Lines Shipping, an ISO-certified freight forwarding company operating in the GCC since 2001, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join its freight forwarding team in Dubai . This is a role for someone who understands that in logistics, communication is not a soft skill. It is the job.

This is a role for someone with at least one year of UAE freight forwarding experience, which is mandatory. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing shipment updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. You will manage sea export shipments, which means you need to understand the documentation, timelines, and operational realities of ocean freight. You will also work hands-on with CALOGI, the air cargo portal used across the UAE freight community for bookings, job creation, and shipment tracking . If you are organised, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every client expects an answer, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of UAE freight forwarding experience, with hands-on knowledge of CALOGI and experience handling sea export shipments. You have strong customer coordination and communication skills, and you are comfortable managing multiple client queries at once without losing track of details. You understand the importance of follow-through, and you take pride in being the person clients trust to keep their shipments moving. Experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company is essential.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
