Job Description

Job Overview: Gulfa Mineral Water is hiring Customer Service Executives to handle inquiries, orders, and customer feedback in its dynamic FMCG environment. This is a frontline role requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: You will manage customer interactions via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a smooth order and delivery process. Handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions will be an important part of your role.

Order Management: Executives will be responsible for processing bulk orders, coordinating with the logistics team, and ensuring customers receive their deliveries accurately and on time.

Client Support: Building strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable product solutions, and maintaining a high level of service satisfaction.

Reporting Duties: Maintaining records of customer interactions, preparing service reports, and analyzing feedback to help management improve service levels.

Work Environment: Based at Gulfa’s Dubai office, the role involves close collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance teams to deliver seamless customer support.
