Role Overview: We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for a leading French multinational firm operating globally and expanding its operations in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will handle B2B customer service operations, specifically focused on managing and tracking client packages and ensuring end-to-end resolution of service requests. Your responsibilities will also include responding to inquiries, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments for client satisfaction.
Working Model & Office Location: This is a hybrid working role, offering flexibility and work-life balance. You will work 3 days from the office at Dubai Investment Park (DIP) and 2 days from home. This setup promotes employee well-being while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
