Job Description
Customer Service Responsibilities: The Customer Service Executive will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. This role requires a warm, courteous, and solutions-driven professional who can confidently handle client requests and represent the company in a professional manner.
Complaint Management & Coordination: A crucial part of the job involves registering customer service complaints efficiently and coordinating with internal technicians to assign tasks appropriately. You’ll ensure prompt scheduling and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Front Desk & Office Management: This role also includes managing reception desk responsibilities such as welcoming visitors, directing them to appropriate departments, and maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area. Being the face of the company, your appearance and professionalism will set the tone for every client’s experience.
Communication & Problem Solving: The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to understand customer issues and provide resolutions efficiently. Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage, helping enhance service to a broader client base.
Technical & Administrative Proficiency: You should be comfortable using office software for scheduling, documentation, and communication. Experience with basic CRM tools or service request management systems will be beneficial in streamlining daily operations.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a service center or repair shop environment. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE.
