Job Description

Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centers invites compassionate professionals to join our patient care team as Customer Service Executives in Dubai. This frontline role serves as the vital connection between our healthcare services and patients, ensuring exceptional service experiences.

Patient Interaction & Support

You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing warm greetings, clear directions, and accurate information about hospital services. Your empathetic communication will ease patient anxieties while maintaining professional healthcare standards.

Appointment Coordination

The position involves managing patient scheduling through our healthcare system, optimizing physician calendars, and sending timely reminders. Your organizational skills will minimize wait times while maximizing clinic efficiency.

Registration & Documentation

You'll handle patient check-in processes, verify insurance information, and ensure all medical forms are properly completed. Your attention to detail guarantees accurate data entry into electronic health records.

Service Recovery

When service challenges arise, you'll demonstrate problem-solving skills to address patient concerns promptly. Your ability to de-escalate situations and find solutions will contribute to our high patient satisfaction scores.

Healthcare Environment Adaptation

Quick learning of medical terminology, department workflows, and insurance processes will be essential. Your willingness to understand healthcare operations will enable you to provide informed guidance to patients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with:

1+ year customer service experience (healthcare preferred)

Exceptional verbal/written English communication

Cultural sensitivity for our diverse patient population

Basic computer proficiency for healthcare systems
