Key Responsibilities:

Assist students and parents with inquiries related to courses, programs, and services.

Provide accurate and detailed information about educational offerings, admission processes, and policies.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and communications.

Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and their expectations are met.

Support the implementation of customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in courses, programs, and policies.

Assist in organizing and promoting educational events, open days, and information sessions.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the education sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Knowledge of the education sector and its processes is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
