Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Customer Service Executive with experience in the Freight Forwarding industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of customer orders and shipments.

Track shipments and provide status updates to customers as needed.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Prepare shipping documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Assist with invoicing and billing processes as required.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service within the Freight Forwarding industry (Sea/Air/Land Freight).

UAE experience is a must.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
