About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centers in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors while ensuring smooth operations at our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and registration processes
Manage patient feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient patient flow
Process insurance-related documentation and verify coverage
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Handle telephone inquiries and provide necessary information
Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and hospital policies
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Strong computer literacy and typing skills
Experience with healthcare management systems preferred
Ability to work in shifts if required
Professional appearance and demeanor
