Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales abilities with excellent customer service skills to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries and requests

Provide product/service information

Resolve customer concerns

Maintain customer relationships

Identify sales opportunities

Convert inquiries to sales

Follow up with potential customers

Administrative

Maintain customer records

Process orders and transactions

Generate regular reports

Support team operations
