Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our client's esteemed team, a leading insurance company based in UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries.

Provide accurate information about insurance products and services to customers.

Process insurance policy applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.

Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed assistance to customers.

Meet or exceed customer service targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service roles within the insurance or banking industry is preferred.

Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.

Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and procedures is an advantage.

UAE experience in the insurance, banking, or financial industry is required.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Salary: Up to AED 6500
