Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry in UAE

Open to all nationalities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses

Process shipping documentation and coordinate with clients

Track shipments and provide updates to customers

Coordinate with various departments for smooth freight operations

Maintain customer records and documentation

Handle booking processes and freight quotations

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly

Coordinate with shipping lines and agents

Process import/export documentation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry in UAE

Strong communication skills in English

Knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Customer-oriented mindset
