Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support

Handle customer communications through various channels (phone, email, chat)

Process customer requests and complaints efficiently and professionally

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions

Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

Coordinate with technical and service teams to resolve customer issues

Document and update customer service procedures

Provide feedback to management about customer concerns and suggestions

Meet customer service quality standards and targets

Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures

Required Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Proven ability to adapt quickly to new processes and workflows

Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

UAE residency status

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work in shifts if required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience, particularly in:

Technical services

Home services

Pool and garden services

Proficiency in Hindi

Experience with CRM systems

Knowledge of UAE customer service standards

Experience in a multi-cultural environment

Strong problem-solving abilities
