Job Overview

A leading Real Estate Developer in the UAE is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE real estate and project handover.

Position Details

Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 7,000 - 8,000 per month

Key Requirements

Fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory)

Experience within Real Estate in UAE (Mandatory)

Customer service experience in project handover (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently

Address customer queries in person and determine their needs accurately

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's property portfolio, policies, and procedures to answer questions effectively

Prepare essential documents including Booking Forms and Agency agreements

Communicate with clients regarding documentation and contracts

Assist clients in signing contracts and clarify any queries they may have

Schedule property visits for clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service within the UAE real estate sector

Demonstrated experience in handling project handovers

Excellent communication skills in Arabic (mandatory) and English

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in relevant real estate software and documentation processes
